As Shane shared in the last post, we are continuing to develop the moving wall concept and how the three stands can slide together to create a stage like gathering space while still functioning day to day for display and crafting.
At the same time, we are beginning to think more intentionally about the site. We are studying orientation, how the stands face the road, and how parking and pedestrian movement shape the experience. Small shifts in layout, circulation, and natural trails are being explored so the stands feel integrated rather than simply placed. Sweetgrass and native plantings are also part of the conversation as we consider how the structures sit within the landscape.
Soon we will begin building a physical model to test these ideas as we prepare for our small group presentations next Wednesday.
