In studio V we are moving forward with a design for Corrine Jones Community Garden. This design will incorporate elements from a number of preliminary designs that our clients found to be of interest. This was a tough process at the start as the entire studio had individual designs and as designers each of us enjoyed our own solutions to the community garden shelter design. But we came together and were able to pull parts from each design into the new proposal. We hope that the overall form of our current design is what the parks conservancy is looking for and we are able to move forward to the construction documentation phase. We are excited to present our design to them and get some final feedback on things that can be improved to ensure a successful shelter is built.
