After being hard at work in the studio and in the shop, some of Studio V headed downstairs to Bar Mash to participate in the weekly Thursday night trivia. This week brought us our highest scores, but after losing our chance to win it all, we went home without the prize once again but with new knowledge gained (never doubt Anna because Louisiana was in fact established as a state before Florida). Surely next week will be our week!
Earlier in the day, I also went on my first site visit in Charleston as part of my internship with Little. It’s always fun to see projects coming to life, and I learned a lot from being able to see some demo work in progress that I had seen detailed out within the drawing set. Renovating an existing building can present some more challenges than a new build might have, but the challenges allow for more creative solutions and an interesting design.
