As of Tuesday we have sent a CD set to our structural engineer to review and redline. While we await the return of the redlines we are going to determine finalized floorplan iterations for Plymouth Park and begin the fabrication process for the Old Towne Creek project.
Once we get the greenlight from a structural standpoint on Plymouth Park we will start to create the shop drawings. The fabrication of Old Towne and the shop drawings for Plymouth are scheduled to happen in parallel per our semester schedule. As we are nearing the halfway point for the semester, time is of the essence and staying on schedule has become crucial as we currently do not have any flexibility to be behind.
