What a week!
This past Friday we had the opportunity to present to the Parks Conservancy, Green Heart, Meeting Street Academy (MSA), and the City our small group designs. Many beautiful ideas were presented to them and everyone in attendance had such positive things to say about each project that it’s definitely going to be tough narrowing all of our ideas down into one final design. It was amazing to see everyone engaged with each project but the most rewarding experience, that I think that all of studio can agree on, is the trust and excitement on their faces that this project is moving along and not only will benefit the kiddos at MSA, but the community as well.
As we move forward, our next deadline is on March 31st which by then we will be presenting our final design presentation. The plan is to (hopefully) have a design finalized by the end of this week, go on spring break the next week, and the following week come in full force with production on boards and a final model.
