Installing the Vinyl Floor

Before this big Super Bowl weekend, the Studio V team made a huge push out at Crop Stop 1 on John’s Island. The goal; to get they COREtec vinyl flooring installed. The group met early on Friday, loaded up at the shop and headed out to John’s Island.

The Installation of the floor was very straightforward. The pieces easily slide into place. After gently tapping them together with the provided tools, most of the pieces fit tightly together.

After cleaning the floors we began installing our first row. After this row we were able to work as two teams laying the flooring planks. One group installed the flooring in the freezer in roughly an hour. After the freezer was finished we were able to turn all of our attention to the main kitchen, where we worked for the rest of the day. By nightfall, we had finished installing all but one row of flooring.

The floor looks great. We even had a few guests come by to look at our work. They were blown away by how much the flooring added to the building. All in all, the day was a huge success for the Studio V team!
