There was actually no glue sniffin… Our group is so close to finishing our individual design! We worked together over the weekend to collect the design deliverables for our presentation to the community which is this Tuesday and Wednesday. Our project focuses on the pavilion and playground connection acting as the “epicenter” of park activity.
I spent a couple of hours Sunday working on our model. After a long time of glueing, sitting and waiting, it’s close to done. I love the details we’ve added such as the etched wood decking and the perforations on the other roof, which will be added later.
The hardest part of the physical model has been the benches and the structure. This is because these pieces are the most delicate and small making the gluing process tough. I have really enjoyed it though and was able to listen to 4 movies. Overall, it is starting to come together and we are super excited. The final touches and base will be added today!
