My ITC project is the most fascinating thing happening right now, along with a lot of other interesting stuff. It’s a long and difficult trip, but it’s exciting since I’m very passionate about the laminated wood light. Even while I am looking forward to the finished product, I am also enjoying the process till the lamp is ready. I’m taking modest steps, working with my lecturer to figure things out every day. I dedicate two to three hours each day to this endeavor. I am learning a lot every day after spending two to three hours working on this project. There is a lot of trial and error, but the process is enlightening.

I worked on the door assembly crew in the studio. Following door assembly, we primed all the sides and painted the five sides a beige shade. There will be a mural on the front side. Thus, me, Makayla, and Mia painted the mural. The way we went about it was really intriguing. I discovered that projectors are used to create large murals and paintings. We erected the door vertically on the wall. It required a great deal of work to precisely line the projector on the door. Then we began using pencils to trace the outlines in the mural. Subsequently, we began coloring the mural before using black paint to outline it. When we started coloring the mural, we realized that the paint brushes were not working well. So I ran to the nearby store and bought some brushes. And then we never stopped untill we finished the coloring the mural. On monday we started the painting the black borders and it turned out really good.

Also, we started moving our wood to the site which is a great sign and hopefully we will start digging soon!
