Hello everyone, and welcome back.
As previously posted yesterday, we are starting to narrow down on our site strategies and are moving towards programming the interior spaces for the community center. By looking closely at zoning and ADA requirements, we are starting to understand the building space and its relationship to the site. On Wednesday, we got into our groups and started reviewing any flaws within our designs. By looking at the zoning and ADA regulations, we are beginning to see which strategies will work best for the Conservancy and the community.
As future architects, our mission is to create an environment that is safe, comfortable, and efficient. By fully understanding the site and the community, we can create a space that will be efficient for many years to come. By Friday, we should have our final layout and a 3D model of our design.
