Over the weekend we were shown how to use a plasma cutter in order to remove the pieces we don’t need on the trailer and start building on top of it. It rained on us Sunday so we couldn’t dive into it as we planned, but today we will be getting to work on the trailer. We will be cutting off the railing around the trailer and repurposing and welding to the inside of the trailer to help support the flooring of the Vat Shack. Today should be a very fun day for us as we get to use some pretty powerful tools and cut into the trailer. We will continue to practice our welding skills along the way so we can become much better at it. Along with modifying the trailer we’ve fine-tuned our materials list and have some minor details to make to the construction documents before we can officially began construction.
