Good morning everyone, and welcome back! As we start heading towards the end of the semester, the virtual students are still moving forward at completing construction details for the horticulture center at Magnolia Park. This time around, we are focusing on how our designs and details will work together in the built environment. Since our designs will be use as a reference for the Conservancy, we must understand how it will be built in reality. This study is essential because it gives the Conservancy an idea of what type of construction to use based on the details we are providing them. This will also help them pick a design style that is base on the construction cost. As we begin to wrap up our construction set, we will start moving towards cost estimating and prepare for the final review.
