This week we have officially moved on from design and are beginning the build half of the semester. We are quickly transitioning into design development and construction documentation! We have divided into teams, site plan, bench details, calendar, slab, and Revit modeling. In these teams we are working to take our design concept and finalize the details into a realistic and buildable pavilion.
This is an excited time for our studio to mobilize and build our communication and collaboration skills both internally and externally. If we follow our schedule correctly, our CD set should be at a draft by the end of the week, and we will begin shop drawings and ordering materials before we know it!
